The Home page gives you an overview of your business at a glance. Here you can view new inquiries, keep track of current clients and projects, use quick tools, and set and manage your business tasks all in one place.

In Projects, you can create, categorize, and keep track of client projects as they move along your pipeline.

The Overview section stores all the key details for each client or project—names, contact info, locations, dates, and florist notes. Plus, you can also add and organize tasks for that specific project, so you never forget what to do next. Pétala also provides a copy of the original inquiry form responses, so you can always remember exactly what your client asked for.

The Budget Calculator is a specialty calculator made just for florists. Say goodbye to messy notes and confusing spreadsheets, because it automatically calculates your arrangements, delivery and labor fees, sales tax, invoice totals,  and estimated profit for you.

With this tool, you can price out all your client proposals and invoices with just a couple of clicks. It's honestly just like magic.

The world's first smart Recipe Sheet works alongside the Budget Calculator to help you build recipes for your floral products and track all related costs—stems, bunches, hard goods, etc.

It also helps you manage wholesalers, track extra inventory, run pricing calculations, and stay within budget. Projects that used to take hours to plan for can now be finished in just a few minutes.

The Library is where you save all of your favorite florals and hard goods, so you can easily reuse them in future project recipes over and over again without having to add them in manually. It also allows you to import items directly between projects, and from projects to the Library itself.

The Forms page lets you create, design, and publish inquiry forms for prospective clients to contact you. You can build unique forms for different events, customize them to match your brand, and share them directly with clients or even embed them on your website.

Plus with our unique "Arrangements" question, you can put your floral prices directly into the form (don't worry, clients won't see them) so that after a client submits it, Pétala will use their responses to automatically create a project and run budget calculations for you. (Even if you're away from your computer!)

The Invoices page is where you can create invoices to send to clients and get paid directly through the software. They can be built from scratch, or by importing information from the Calculator to make things even faster.

The Contracts tool is where you can upload your floral and event contracts and send them to the clients for signing. Pétala will collect the client's signatures, and store a copy of the signed contract in the project so you can be covered legally.

The Bookkeeping page is where you track your incoming payments from clients, request payouts, collect tax info, and export transaction history. The software tracks and records everything automatically, so you can always know where your payments are.
